Situated in the Forest Hill area, the Hunt Club Residence is a luxury condominium and townhouse project serving as an elegant restoration and addition to the former Eglinton Hunt Club. The existing clubhouse, with its Greek Revival style, was deemed “historically and culturally significant” by the Toronto Heritage Board. The new design has not only restored the existing façade, the opulent lobby, the grand staircase and the main lounge with its exquisite fireplace and wood panelling, but has also converted the remaining structure into 21 unique suites. Each of the 14 new townhomes built around it is equipped with a private elevator, attached double car garage, and fenced-in landscaped patio. While embodying distinctive differences vis-à-vis the old establishment, the new design is yet compatible in scale and style; ensuring, as a result, the coexistence of both within a harmonious whole.
This project is LEED Certified as well for its sustainable design.
