The residential community is composed of four house types united by common design principles. Great consideration is given to the surrounding hilly landscape, while the individual elements of site, community, exterior and interior are woven together through a series of floating spaces to create a sense of fluidity and dynamism. The architectural style is derived from the natural shapes and contours of the hilly site and seeks to echo the environmental, climate, and human activities taking place on its premises. Nurturing the buildings is the great Mother Nature, who exercises her power to bring about a harmonization of the human and divine.
