The site was revamped by removing part of the existing building, reinforcing the remaining structure, and implementing new additions to the design. Carefully studied to blend into the surrounding landscape and city fabric, the park is open to the public 24 hours a day. By involving visitors, residents and the great outdoors in a dynamic community, the development becomes a “win-win” for both the developer and the city.
