This project is located at Gordon Street, a central north-south corridor in the City of Guelph and historically acted as a key southern entrance into the City. Two six storey apartment buildings are proposed with a shared lobby along Gordon Street, as well as one underground parking level to provide enough parking spaces for future residents. Townhouses are proposed along Landsdown Drive parallel to Gordon Street in the north. The proposed mid-rise apartment buildings contribute to the pedestrian experience by including doors and windows with walkways to the municipal sidewalk.  The building designs include common amenity uses at grade and the proposed landscape design makes the buildings pedestrian friendly at ground level.
