Aimed at creating a comfortable and contemporary residential community within the downtown core of City of Ajax, the project will demolish the outdated shopping plaza and build four high-rise residential towers of different heights with over 900 residential, live/work and commercial rental units. Upon completion, the downtown core will be revitalized by this new, vibrant residential and commercial area. To enhance the quality of living for incoming residents, each condo building will enjoy a large amenity area in addition to a glazed common pool room in the center location of the whole development.
