The planning concept is to build “a city within a city” in which the project is like a “castle” located in a core part of the city. Every residential unit is unique and the different units, together, form the entirety of the castle. The landscape area at the street corner is brought into the landscape area in the “castle”, forming the skyline of “City Gate” at the complex’s west side. Through this, a continuous open green space is created from the project to the adjacent city.
